My Background

During my academic curriculum, I chose to orient myself in the field of health psychology with the project of acquiring the skills to take care of anyone in a situation  of vulnerability.

Internships carried out in a long stay unit in a geriatric hospital center and in a retirement home.
My work focused on:
accompanying the patient in their adjustment to their health issues (mainly Alzeimer's disease), supporting them and containing anxiety,
caring for the patients' caregivers, supporting them throug the institutionalization of their loved one,
the supervision of nursing staff and the transmission of psychological and educational tools to help work towards “well-treatment”.

Dissertation on the acculturation (concept of individual feeling in te contect of a prolonged contact with another culture) of chibanis (North African population immigrated to France after the independence of Algeria, 1962).
