I practice in the field of health psychology and offer my services to anyone experiencing vulnerability, whether it be depression, burnout, trauma, or anxiety disorders.

The therapeutic approaches I use in my practice are integrative, humanistic, psychodynamic and systemic. Therapeutic care is tailored to the patient and their specific needs.

I consider the individual in their uniqueness and within their cultural, socioeconomic, familial, and personal context.

I support neurodivergent individuals who are questioning their identity and those who have received a diagnosis (autism, ADHD, etc.).

A diagnosis is not necessary to validate one's experience of feeling different and out of sync with others and the outside world.
My approach focuses on identifying each person's patterns of functioning, their limits, and their comfort levels in order to adapt them and find appropriate strategies for navigating daily life. This helps individuals overcome burnout or prevent them from falling into it. The goal is to live in harmony with oneself and one's specific characteristics by adapting one's environment to oneself when possible and learning the best ways to adapt without it being to one's detriment when necessary.
